Pricing questions
Who pays for Strata Hub?
The organisation that manages the building — a management company, an owners corporation or a self-managed committee — holds the subscription. Residents, staff and contractors are invited at no extra cost.
What is a portfolio level?
Portfolio levels are the layers you can create above your buildings, such as precincts, cities, states or regions. Larger plans allow deeper hierarchies so big portfolios can be organised the way the business actually works.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Plans can be upgraded or downgraded at any time from the Billing page inside the app, and your data stays exactly where it is.
Is our building's data kept separate?
Yes. Every record belongs to an owning organisation and building, and access is enforced per user, so one organisation can never see another's data.
