About Strata Hub

Strata Hub is an all-in-one building portfolio management platform built for apartment communities — from a single mid-rise to a precinct of towers with hundreds of units each. It brings the three groups who share a building into one place: the residents who live there, the managers who run day-to-day operations, and the strata or body corporate committee that provides oversight of budgets, contractors and compliance.

Residents use Strata Hub to book shared facilities like gyms, pools and function rooms, raise and track maintenance tickets, read announcements, browse building documents such as bylaws and meeting minutes, join social events, and buy and sell in a building-only marketplace.

Building managers use it to maintain the resident and unit directory, manage vendors and assets, schedule preventative maintenance, and keep financial records, invoices and budgets in order. Committees use it to run meetings end to end — agendas, minutes, decisions, votes and action items — and to review AI-assisted analysis of structural, insurance and compliance reports so building health issues are found early and turned into tracked work.

The platform is designed mobile-first for residents on the go, and scales up to rich desktop dashboards for managers and committee members, with role-based access so each person only sees what is relevant to them and their building.
